So, the first thing to do is to locate the filter cover and turn it to the left to detach it from the refrigerator wall.

Behind the filter cover, you would find the old air filter.

Remove the filter from the cover so that you can replace it.

  1. Installing your new filter

Place the new filter inside the cover.

Ensure that the side of the filter facing outward is in front.

Once you fix it in place, reattach the air filter cover to the refrigerator wall.

Then, turn the filter cover to the right to prevent it from falling off.

  1. Reset the filter indicator

The indicator on your control panel would keep telling you to change your air filter until you reset it. So, what do you do?

Push the air filter button next to the indicator and hold it down for three seconds.

This will reset the sensor, and the indicator light will go off.
