How to Convert a Samsung Freezer into a Fridge
To convert a Samsung freezer into a fridge, go to the digital panel in front of the unit. You will see a Freezer to Fridge keypad at the bottom. Press and hold it for about 3 seconds. The freezer space will convert into a fridge.

However, for this to work, the unit has to be a Samsung Smart Convertible refrigerator. It allows you to turn a freezer space into a fridge space if you run out of spaces to store fresh food. This way, you don’t have to get an extra appliance just to accommodate your refrigerator needs.

To convert a Samsung fridge into a freezer, press the Temp keypad and hold it for about 3 seconds. The fridge section will convert into a freezer for long term storage purposes. The same applies to models that have the Freezer to Fridge keypad on the digital panel.
